Adding Black powder to my cornbread recipe and morning smoothie too ;)
I purchased the homestead kit, which includes the 3 teas, corn meal and black powder tonic. The teas are very good and have been drinking one or two a day. I took some of the black powder tonic a few days ago and it's not a sipping drink. But that's OK it will work and that's all that matter. I also have high blood pressure and feel this will be better for me then meds. I have not made anything with the corn meal yet but that will be in the coming week. I have been following John since his 5 video and he's inspired me to try homesteading one day, and I wanna see him keep going and striving. I also purchased two of his Ebooks and have enjoyed them. In closing his products are worth the money and time.
