Outstanding corn flour!

I mixed a cup of Frugal Off Grid corn flour with a cup of cream and another 1- 1 1/2c ups of water constantly stirring it over a medium low heat for 20 minutes, just as I would to prepare grits. Once it was super creamy I mixed it with some Swerve Brown Sugar to taste and served it as a sweet corn pudding side. So creamy and delicious!
Next time I’ll make this as a savory dish adding 1/4-1/2 cup of grated smoked gouda.
Also love cornbread made using this corn flour. This corn flour is so versatile- give it a try. We love it!
