I stand behind what I make and I want you to feel good about your purchase.
Digital products
Because digital products (downloads, videos, webinars, and digital access) are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” all digital sales are final once access has been granted.
If you have a technical problem accessing what you purchased, contact me and I will make it right.
Physical products
Unused physical items may be eligible for return or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Food items and custom items are not returnable.
If something shows up damaged or incorrect, contact me and I will take care of it.
If you need help
If you believe there has been a mistake (duplicate order, wrong item, access issue, etc.), email me and include your order number.
