Refund Policy


I stand behind what I make and I want you to feel good about your purchase.


Digital products


Digital products, including downloads, videos, webinars, memberships, and digital access, are delivered immediately.


Because digital products cannot be returned, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund once access has been granted or files have been delivered.


If you experience a technical problem accessing what you purchased, contact me and I will make it right.


Physical products


Unused physical items may be eligible for return or replacement on a case-by-case basis.


Customers in applicable regions may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. After a return has been approved, items must be sent back within 14 days.


Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will generally be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.


If standard shipping charges were paid when the order was placed, those charges may be refunded as required by applicable law. Expedited or premium shipping charges are not refundable.


If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me and I will take care of it.


How to request help


If you believe there has been a mistake, such as a duplicate order, wrong item, damaged shipment, or access issue, email me and include your order number.
