I take this tonic every morning. It's exactly the kind of unique and beneficial product I can stand behind.
This is not a delicious beverage rather a tonic shooter. I take it for it's health benefits over it's taste. It's best taken quickly in the morning and chased with your morning beverage.
My tonic is made up of the most essential and science backed ingredients that many people aren't aware of. No fluff, only high quality beet powder, turmeric, ginger, garlic, diatomaceous earth and black pepper.
These ingredients are proven to increase cardio ability, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, calm your stomach and improve skin, hair, bone and teeth
One teaspoon in four ounces of water makes a single serving shooter.
One teaspoon in sixteen ounces makes a single serving beverage.
A teaspoon on certain dishes makes good seasoning.

I started making shooters with ice cold water a few days back. Love it. It's a great way to start the day.
I have taken the same supplements in pill form until I found this on Johns shop and I love it, 1 tsp. to 7oz cold water in the AM mix and down it yummy
