I have lived off grid in the high desert of Arizona for nearly three years now. I grow most of my own food including meat and vegetables. Although I'm in the high desert I am able to grow year-round in my hoop houses and geothermal greenhouse. In this video I talk about losing my original sow pig and why that happened.
