Cut your hay feed costs in half with native grass, hairy grama

Frugal Off Grid cut hay costs in half with. Native grass hairy grama

Tap the image above to watch my newest video about saving on livestock feed costs.

Hay is currently $25 a bale and I was able to come up with 32, 50lb bales for free, using native grass,  hairy grama that grows on my land naturally.

I'll be able to improve the soil and grow even more next year and if I'm strategic about cutting it I should be able to harvest grass at least twice next year.

Soon I'll build my own baler so I can create compacted 50lb bales. When I have excess I can sale it for $20 a bale.
